What you are buying

Not a faster truck. Trucks are governed by speed limits and by driver fatigue rules, which are law rather than policy. A driver has mandated rest, and no amount of money changes that. Sydney to Perth takes as long as it takes.

What you are buying is priority in the queue. Your vehicle goes on the next departure rather than waiting for a run with a gap, it is loaded in a position that does not require shuffling, and it is not bumped if the truck fills. On a corridor that departs weekly, that can be the difference between this week and next.

When it is worth it

A settlement or lease date you cannot move
An auction collection deadline where storage fees are accruing daily
A dealer sale where the customer is waiting
A vehicle needed for a job, a show or an event on a fixed date
A Defence posting with a hard reporting date

When it is not. If your date has a week of slack in it, standard service will very likely hit it anyway, and you will have paid a premium for certainty you did not need. Ask us what the standard transit window looks like for your corridor first: on the east coast it is often quick enough that express makes no sense at all.

What we will not promise

We do not guarantee a delivery time on a corridor where weather routinely intervenes. Northern routes in the wet season, the Nullarbor after heavy rain, and Bass Strait in a blow are all outside anyone’s control.

We will tell you honestly what is achievable and what is not. An operator who guarantees a Darwin delivery date in February is either not thinking about it or not being straight with you.
