Multi-Vehicle & Fleet Transport

Get a price

Two cars from one household, a dealer moving stock between yards, a company relocating a fleet. Once the second vehicle is on the same truck, the per-vehicle price drops sharply.

Why the discount is real

Most of what you pay for on a single vehicle is the trip, not the vehicle: fuel, driver hours, tolls, the truck itself. Those costs barely move when a second car goes on. So the second vehicle carries almost none of the fixed cost, only its share of the deck.

The saving is largest when the vehicles share both ends of the journey. Two cars from the same address to the same address is the cheapest possible version. Two cars from different suburbs to different suburbs still saves, but less.

Households

The standard interstate move: two cars, sometimes a bike or a trailer as well. Everything travels together, arrives together, and is quoted as one job on one invoice.

If one vehicle is a non-runner or has been sitting, that is fine: say so, and it goes on the same truck.

Dealers and wholesalers

Recurring stock movement between yards, trade-in collection, auction purchases, and vehicles going out to customers interstate. What dealers actually want from a carrier is not a discount. It is predictability. So we run:

  • A standing rate card by corridor and vehicle class, so nothing is re-quoted every time
  • One account contact who knows your business, rather than a general queue
  • Consolidated invoicing that reconciles against your movements
  • Condition reports on every unit, which matters when the vehicle is going to a customer
  • Scheduled recurring runs where volume justifies it

Fleet and novated lease

End-of-lease returns, fleet rebalancing, and vehicles following staff on relocation. Usually higher volume, lower urgency, and well suited to consolidated runs, which is exactly where the pricing works hardest in your favour.

Moving three or more regularly? Get in touch about a standing rate rather than quoting job by job. It is less admin for both of us and it prices better.
